I have no notes on the handling of this aircraft, but try these settings and adjust to your fuel weight and style.

Select the ‘Easy’ realism level in fs9

 

Pre. Takeoff: Set 0.0° of trim and 0.0° flaps.

Below 5,000 ft. do not exceed 2,000 rpm. Leave mixture at Rich.

Above 5,000 ft. do not exceed 2,200 rpm.

 

Takeoff:  Lift tail at 35 mph. check rpm. Takeoff at 60 mph. and check rpm.

 

Climb: Climb at 1,850 rpm, 0.0° of trim and 81 mph.

 

Cruise: At (say) 5000 ft. Set 1,750 rpm. Trim to 0.0° and stabilize at 75 ~ 82 mph.

 

Descent: With 10% fuel left. Set 1,130 rpm, 0.0° trim, ~ 74 mph. (Mixture rich).

 

Approach: Set 1,450 rpm, +4.1° of trim and 64 mph.

Then lower 11.0° of flap, about 1,500 rpm, trim to +1.8° and 64 mph.

 

Finals: Flaps 11.0°, set 1,200 rpm. & 0.0° of trim, reduce speed to 65 mph.

Full flaps when sure of making runway, about 1,100 rpm. 55 mph.+, DO NOT stall!(40 mph.)

 

Landing:  Land at 50 mph. to protect rear float.
