Phase 1 - Stabilize:

Phase 2 - Identify and Verify:
- INOP Engine: DEAD FOOT - DEAD ENGINE BALL GOES TO GOOD ENGINE
- Throttle: RETARD ON SUSPECT ENGINE

Phase 3 - Troubleshoot:
- Fuel Pump: ON
- Fuel Selector: CROSSFEED
- Primers: LOCKED
- Carburator Heat: CHECK
- Mixture: RICH
- Magnetos: CHECK

Phase 4 - Feather and Secure:
- Mixture: IDLE CUTOFF
- Propeller: FEATHER
- Fuel Pump: OFF
- Fuel Selector: OFF
- Magnetos: OFF (ONE AT A TIME)
- Alternator: OFF
- Cowl Flaps: CLOSED
